Easy Caramel Pecan Bars

Ingredients
- 1 roll (16 oz.) refrigerated sugar cookies (Pillsbury of course)
- ¾ cup caramel topping
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 cup chopped pecan pieces
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9 pan with cooking spray. Cut the dough into ½ inch slices and arrange in the bottom of the pan. Flour your fingers and press the dough evenly to cover the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown.
- While the dough is cooking mix together the caramel and flour until smooth.
- Take the cooked dough out of oven and sprinkle with pecans, coconut and chocolate chips.
- Drizzle the caramel mixture over the top.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until the topping is bubbly. Cool completely, about 1½ hours.
- Cut into bars, 6 rows by 6 rows.
