As my son spent some time
down in the south, (Texas and Louisiana), he acquired a great love for southern food. Needless to say, he is always asking me to cook some of his favorites. One of those favorites is Dirty Rice. I found this recipe on southernplate.com. The only thing I changed was to add both ground beef and sausage to the recipe. This was absolutely delicious! He was absolutely thrilled that I made it and I was absolutely thrilled it was so good!Dirty Rice
