I’ve attempted to make this twice and I always scald the sauce mixture. how much ham and peas do you do? it just isn’t turning out how I imagined.

Hi Jessica,
When we made this we used left over spiral ham and diced it into cubes. We used about 2 cups diced ham and a 10 oz. package of frozen peas. Cook the ham in a pan with a little olive oil, just enough to heat it. When cooking the sauce make sure to turn the stove to low after it starts to boil and continue to stir as you add the parmesan cheese and also when you add the fettucinni. I hope this helps and that you have success if you try it again. Thanks for letting us know your experience, I don’t think the instructions were as clear as they should have been.
