Chicken Divan

Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. frozen Baby Broccoli Florets (17 oz. pkgs.)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1½ cups shredded American cheese
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the chicken breasts and cut them into cubes.
- In a greased 9x13 casserole dish, place the broccoli on the bottom and then put the cubed chicken on top.
- Add a few shakes of salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine the soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder together.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle the cheese on top. In a small bowl mix the bread crumbs and softened butter together.
- Spread bread crumbs over the top of the cheese.
- Cover with foil and cook in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or till heated through.
Notes
You can use 1 box of stove top stuffing (corn bread or chicken) instead of the bread crumbs. I sprinkle the stuffing on top and drizzle ¼ cup melted butter over the top. Delicious!!

I love your recipe, but you forget to mention chicken in our list of ingredients for Chicken Divan and how much to use. I guessed but I like precise ingredients when I’m using a new recipe. Keep up the good work.
