So I don’t know how I have gone my whole life not knowing that Broccoli Slaw existed, but I am sure glad that I was introduced to it with this recipe. This was such a delicious salad and I felt so healthy eating. I am now officially a Broccoli slaw lover. The Ramen noodles make the perfect touch and I love how easy these salad can be made an served as a delicious side to just about any meal. This Broccoli Slaw Salad recipe is definitely a keeper!
Broccoli Slaw Salad

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pkgs. Broccoli slaw
- 5 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 2 pkgs. dry noodles from Oriental Ramen Noodles
- Dressing:
- ½ cup oil
- ⅓ cup white vinegar
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 pkgs. Oriental Ramen Noodles seasoning packets
Instructions
- Mix salad ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Mix the dressing ingredients together and stir into the salad just before serving.
- Enjoy!

My recipe calls for “chicken” flavor Ramen noodles and I roast the almond slivers…put in a dry skillet and roast over med heat…I like them kinda brown but you have to watch them or they can quickly turn black. Best slaw ever.
