This Apple Pie Crumble would make the perfect addition to your Thanksgiving Feast! It is seriously one of my favorite pie recipes. I must tell you up front though that this pie is not completely made from scratch….NOOOO!!!!! I can just hear the cringing, but guess what…it’s OK. It tastes divine, so that’s what really matters right? Sorry if I let any of you down, but I am not one to spend my time slaving away in the kitchen to make a dessert. The easier the better, and that is why I love this Apple Pie Crumble. If I can make it than anyone can! Now if you are a pie crust snob, and insist on making your own pie crust from scratch, then all the power to you. I’m sure it will taste amazing….but guess what? This Apple Pie Crumble w/ pre-made frozen pie crust also tastes amazing…..so it’s your choice. That’s just not my thing. I’d rather use the frozen pre-made stuff and spend the rest of my time playing with my kiddos, or doing something that I deem more worthy of my time.
Anyways, that was not meant to shame anyone who makes homemade pie crust. I admire you if you do…..I’m just trying to make the point that you can still make a delicious pie without it being completely from scratch, for those of us who do not enjoy making our own homemade crust. Ok…that being said…let’s dive in and enjoy this divine Apple Pie Crumble
