Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz.) coconut milk
- 1¼ cups water
- 1 teaspooon sugar (I actually used about 2 tsp.)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1½ cup uncooked jasmine rice
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk, water, sugar and salt. Stir till the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the rice and bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer on low heat for 18-20 minutes.
- EASY!
