Ingredients
  • 1 (14 oz.) coconut milk
  • 1¼ cups water
  • 1 teaspooon sugar (I actually used about 2 tsp.)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1½ cup uncooked jasmine rice
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk, water, sugar and salt. Stir till the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add the rice and bring to a boil.
  3. Cover and simmer on low heat for 18-20 minutes.
  4. EASY!
