If you don’t have oven ready noodles, should you cook regular noodles before you bake?

I tried this recipe and the lasagna was amazing. The flavours were lovely and it was very easy to make. When I cooked my chicken, I did it in a pot with about 3-4 cups of water with some seasoning (thyme, oregano, basil, bay leaf, garlic, onions, peppercorns, red pepper flakes, flavour pepper, Goya, salt & pepper). You can choose to season the chicken however you like while it is cooking. After the chicken was cooked and cooled, I shredded it with two forks. After the lasagna was finished, I sprinkled some dried parsley on it. I did some garlic bread to go with the lasagna and my family thoroughly enjoyed this meal.

Can you prep the day before and then bake?
Heather Gines says
Very good questions…I don’t see why not….I think it should turn out the same whether you make it right before or the night before. I know my mom almost always makes her traditional lasagna the night before, and it always turns out fabulous! Let us know how it goes 🙂

I’ve done the prep the night before and then bake it the following day. It came out great.
