Cinnamon Glazed Banana Bundt Cake

Ingredients
- 1 (18.5 Oz) box yellow cake mix
- ½ pkg. (1.5 oz.) instant banana cream pudding mix
- 1 cup water
- ⅓ cup oil
- 3 large eggs
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- Glaze:
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- ⅓ cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and flour a 10 inch bundt pan.
- In a bowl combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil and eggs.
- Mix for about one minute.
- Add mashed bananas, and mix for another minute.
- Pour into the greased and floured bundt pan and bake for 43-45 minutes,
- or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool.
- While cake is cooling, mix your glaze.
- Combine butter and milk and microwave for about 20-30 seconds.
- Add sugars and cinnamon and stir till you have a nice consistency for your glaze.
- Let cool slightly before pouring over your cooled bundt cake.

I have done something similar also adding coconut and pineapple. Very moist. I have made my own cake mix the last couple of times I used a recipe that called for cake mix.

I’ve made this twice already and it is nothing short of amazing!! The only thing I do differently is use almond milk instead of water, and I add chopped pecans to the batter. SO SOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!!
