Cinnamon Glazed Banana Bundt Cake

Ingredients
  • 1 (18.5 Oz) box yellow cake mix
  • ½ pkg. (1.5 oz.) instant banana cream pudding mix
  • 1 cup water
  • ⅓ cup oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • Glaze:
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • ⅓ cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour a 10 inch bundt pan.
  3. In a bowl combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil and eggs.
  4. Mix for about one minute.
  5. Add mashed bananas, and mix for another minute.
  6. Pour into the greased and floured bundt pan and bake for 43-45 minutes,
  7. or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool.
  9. While cake is cooling, mix your glaze.
  10. Combine butter and milk and microwave for about 20-30 seconds.
  11. Add sugars and cinnamon and stir till you have a nice consistency for your glaze.
  12. Let cool slightly before pouring over your cooled bundt cake.
