These are perfect for a family on the go. Believe me, I have had a lot of experience being a mom who was always on the go with the kids! Make these ahead of time, wrap them up and they are ready to grab and go.
Or if you like, just have them ready so you can enjoy them even if you aren’t in a hurry. In no time, you not only have something to eat that is easy, but healthy too!
TURKEY BACON WRAPS
1 large flour tortilla
1-2 Tbsp. your favorite sauce (Ranch, BBQ Sauce, Honey Mustard etc.)
2 leaves of lettuce
2 slices turkey
1 slice Swiss cheese
1 slice cooked bacon
Red onion slice (optional)
On a piece of wax paper, lay the tortilla and spread the sauce on top.
Add in the following order:
Lettuce, turkey, cheese, bacon, and onion.
Fold the sides in about two inches on each side toward the center, then roll the tortilla into a wrap.
Place on the edge of the wax paper and roll the wax paper around the wrap.
Cut the wrap in half diagonally, then you can just grab the wrap and use the wax paper as your plate.
Take it and go!
