Looking for a casserole that even your kids will love? Well this super easy Tator Tot casserole was one of my favorite dishes growing up. I was always super excited when I got home from school and my mom had a Tator Tot Casserole ready to cook. I especially loved to eat it with ketchup and it was certain that I would always go back for seconds.
Tator Tot Casserole
2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 bag frozen tater tots
2-3 cups grated cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste.
Brown beef and onion together. Drain off excess fat.
Combine the soup, milk and sour cream. Add to ground beef.
Pour into a greased 9×13 casserole dish.
Sprinkle cheese on top. (I like it cheesy so I use about 3 cups.)
Cover with a layer of tatter tots spread out evenly.
Cook for about 1 hour in a 375 degree oven.
We like it cooked well, so the tater tots are more crunchy and it is starting to brown on the edges of the dish.
If you don’t want it cooked that long, then adjust the cooking time.
You can add drained canned corn to this also if you like, but that is optional.
(Also I like to eat my Tator Tot Casserole with ketchup, just a small tip that you may want to try out)

Sounds like you had a wonderful weekned filled with great company and great eats! Of all the places, I love buying my jeans at american eagle the best. They have the softest jeggings that fits just right for me. Even though american eagles isn’t really an adult kinda store, I still love it. Haha.I haven’t had french toast in so long. I gotta make some this weekned for brunch!
