This is one of those recipes where you can take an ordinary brownie mix and “spice” it up to make a delicious dessert for all you chocolate and peanut butter lovers! These Reese’s Cookie Brownies were so good served warm with a scoop of ice-cream. If you aren’t in the mood to spend a lot of time on dessert, this is a quick and delicious choice!
Reese's Cookie Brownies

Ingredients
- Brownie Mix (Use your favorite, I like Ghirardelli’s Double Chocolate)
- Reece’s Peanut Butter Cups
- Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie dough
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Push - 1½ squares of break-apart refrigerated cookie dough into the bottom of each muffin tin. (Make sure you have sprayed the muffin pan before putting dough in)
- Place 1 Reese's cup upside down on top of cookie dough
- Top with prepared box brownie mix, filling ¾ full
- Bake for 18 minutes
