I love spicing up my pancakes and trying different recipes. I found a couple of recipes that I thought looked good and I combined them to get these. These applesauce pancakes were absolutely delicious! The applesauce not only spiced things up, but made the pancakes so tender. In fact, these pancakes were so good that I am going to make sure that I always have applesauce on hand.
