I am a huge fan of anything with pumpkin in it, but I am also a huge fan of butterscotch. So when I saw this Pumpkin Butterscotch Brownie recipe that combined both of these, I knew that I had to give them a try. These are the best of both worlds and were definitely a winner. This recipe comes from a cookbook put together by my husbands hometown. These were absolutely delicious and definitely met my expectations!! Hope you enjoy them as much as I did!
