Need a great appetizer recipe to delight your guests at your next holiday party? Nothing beats a delicious cheese ball with crackers, right? Well trust me when I say that this Bacon Ranch Cheese Ball recipe is a real winner. I made it this week and brought it to work to taste test it. I thought it tasted pretty darn good myself, but I thought I better try it out on my coworkers to make sure I wasn’t just biased. Plus I cannot afford to pack on anymore holiday pounds, and eating a whole cheese ball by myself would be a sure way to fatten up. Thanksgiving already did me in this year, so I figured if I fatten up my coworkers instead. That way I won’t feel so bad about my holiday weight gain, because they will all be in the same boat as me. Brilliant! I know!
Well this cheese ball definitely passed the test! In fact, it was so good that half the cheese ball was gone by 8:30 AM ( I work 12 hour shifts 6 am to 6 pm at the hospital). So apparently it even made a great breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend serving it for breakfast… but hey…whatever floats your boat 🙂
