1 (18.25 oz.) German Chocolate Cake Mix with pudding
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup oil
½ cup oatmeal
2 eggs
1 container Coconut Pecan Frosting (14.5 oz.)
Instructions
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the frosting, and mix well.
Roll into 1 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Cool for one minute. Press your thumb in the middle of each cookie to make a small well in the middle of the cookie. Spoon about 1-2 teaspoons of the coconut pecan frosting into the well. Let cool on a wire rack.
Makes 2 dozen cookies.
