Cheese Lovers Mac n' Cheese

Ingredients
  • 1 lb grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ lb elbow macaroni (cooked and drained)
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • ½ sleeve finely crushed cracker crumbs
Instructions
  1. Cook and drain macaroni.
  2. Toss macaroni with butter.
  3. In a small bowl, mix half the cheese, milk, salt, pepper, eggs, garlic powder and crushed crackers. Mix with macaroni and pour into a baking dish.
  4. Top it off with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees until golden on top and set, usually about ½ hour.
