"Eat Your Carrots" Salad

Ingredients
  • 2 large carrots shredded
  • 1 apple thinly chopped
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup crushed pineapple drained (opt.) I like it!
Instructions
  1. Mix shredded carrots, apple, raisins, then add mayonnaise and pineapple.
  2. Chill before serving.
  3. Serve on a lettuce layered plate or as is!
