Mama's Chili

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 4 stalks celery chopped
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 4 cans chili beans
  • 1 28 oz can crushed tomato
  • 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
  • 3 Tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
Instructions
  1. Cook ground beef, onion, celery and garlic. Drain grease.
  2. Place the cooked meet in a large pot or crock pot, and
  3. Add chili beans, Tomato sauces, crushed tomato, chili powder, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir together and cook on low for 2-3 hours for crock pot and 30 minutes over the stove.
  5. Add cheese or sour cream to the top and serve.
