Serve these Swedish Pancakes for breakfast along with your favorite toppings and you will surely please the whole family!

Serves: 12
  • 6 eggs
  • 1½ cup flour
  • 2½ cups milk
  • 2 Tbs. sugar
  • 4 Tbs. melted butter
  • 2 Tbs. Vanilla
  • Toppings:
  • Jam, syrup, powdered sugar, sliced fruit, peanut butter, etc.
  1. Mix all the ingredients together until you have a smooth consistency.
  2. Heat a skillet on medium heat.
  3. Coat the bottom with a thin layer of butter, or spray with cooking spray.
  4. Pour to cover the bottom of the pan.
  5. Cook until it starts to lightly brown and bubble.
  6. Flip over and cook until lightly brown.
  7. Roll and serve with your favorite topping.
