⅛ to ¼ cup yellow mustard ( depending on how mustardy you want it)
2 tbsp melted butter
bread crumbs
Stove Top corn bread stuffing mix
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Rinse and cut chicken breasts in half.
Mix honey mustard, mayo and yellow mustard in a bowl and then pour over chicken in a glass cooking pan. Roll chicken in mustard mixture so that the chicken breasts are evenly coated on all sides.
Mix ½ package stove top with ½ c bread crumbs then pour evenly over top of chicken. Roll the chicken around a bit so that the bread crumbs and stove top are coated on all the pieces.
Pour melted butter over the top.
Cover with tin foil and cook for 30 minutes
