Sugar Free Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
  • ½ c. softened butter
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ¼ c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1⅓ c. Sugar Substitute (Preferably Splenda)
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ⅛ tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. rolled oats
  • 1 c. raisins (you may want chopped dates or nuts)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Soften the butter in the microwave for about 10 to 15 seconds
  3. In a large bowl mix together the butter, egg, vanilla, and sugar substitute
  4. After mixing, add in the cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt and nutmeg and mix together
  5. slowly add the flour.
  6. Mix together and add the rolled oats
  7. When all ingredients make a cookie dough consistency, mix in the raisins
  8. Scoop spoonfuls onto your cookie sheet
  9. Put in the oven at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes
  10. Let cool
  11. Enjoy
