Savory Sausage Stuffing

Savory Sausage Stuffing 1 lb. sausage (I use Jimmy Dean, use what you like) 1 12-14 oz packaged cubed stuffing (I love Mrs. Cubbisons cornbread stuffing) 3-4 celery stalks diced 1 onion chopped ½ cup butter 2½ cups chicken broth 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning (use if you are not using a seasoned package of stuffing) Brown sausage in a medium frying pan.  Remove cooked sausage from pan.  Add butter to the pan and melt butter on low heat.  Add onions and celery and saute till onion starts to turn clear. Don't over cook the celery, you want to keep the crunch in it. In a bowl add cubed stuffing, sausage, butter, onions, celery and chicken broth. Mix well, and put in a greased casserole dish. Cook in a 350 degree oven for about 30-40 minutes.
