White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

Serves: 32 cookies
Ingredients
  • 3 cups flour
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup craisins
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a medium bowl combine flour, salt and soda. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
  4. Add flour mixtures gradually and stir till just mixed.
  5. Stir in nuts, chocolate and craisins.
  6. Drop on to an ungreased cookie sheet. (I roll mine into balls so they cook up to a nice shape)
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
Notes
(You can make these chocolate cookies by omitting ½ cup flour and adding ½ cup cocoa. To make them look fancier you can drizzle white chocolate or dark chocolate on top of the cookie.)
