Knorr's Spinach Dip
Recipe type: Appetizer
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, cooled and squeezed dry.
  • 1 16 oz. container sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable recipe mix
  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped (optional)
  1. Combine all ingredient before serving.
  2. Enjoy!
I like it best when it's chilled in the refrigerator for a couple hours before serving
Rather than cooking the spinach, I just but it in a colander and run hot water over it for a few minutes until it has all defrosted

Don't forget to squeeze the excess water out of the spinach before adding
