Sweet n' Salty Chex Mix

Ingredients
  • 1 12 oz. pkg. Corn Chex
  • 1 10 oz. pkg. Cheerios
  • 1 10 oz. pkg. Honeycomb Cereal
  • 1 10 oz. pkg. pretzels, you can use sticks, but I like the square ones.
  • 1¾ cups sugar
  • 1½ cup canola oil
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic salt
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl combine all the cereals and pretzels.
  2. In another bowl combine the sugar, oil, butter, soy sauce and garlic salt. Mix together till sugar is mostly dissolved.
  3. Pour over the cereal mix and coat evenly.
  4. Transfer to a large roasting pan and bake in 275 degree oven for 1¼ hours, stirring every 15 minutes.
  5. Cool, and store in an air tight container. (I use ziploc baggies)
  6. Makes 10 quarts
