Crock Pot Blackberry Cobbler

Ingredients
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¾ cup Bisquick
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 oz. can of evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar to sprinkle on top
  • 3 cups blackberries (I used frozen)
Instructions
  1. Mix sugar and Bisquick together. In a separate bowl blend the eggs, milk, vanilla and butter together.
  2. Stir into Bisquick mix. Blend well. Add blackberries.
  3. Spray a crock pot with Pam.
  4. Pour cobbler into crock pot and cover.
  5. Cook on low for 4-5 hours depending on your crock pot.
  6. Scoop into bowls and top with ice cream or whip cream!
  7. Enjoy some southern lovin!
