1 16 oz. package Coleslaw mix, or 4 cups cabbage shredded
2 pkgs. chicken flavored Ramen noodles
½ cup chopped green onions
1 2 oz. package sliced almonds
DRESSING:
½ cup sugar
½ cup canola oil
½ cup rice or white wine vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 pkgs. seasoning from the ramen
Instructions
Mix all the salad ingredients into a big bowl.
Mix the dressing ingredients together. (I like to put all the ingredients into a mason jar and then put the lid on and shake it till thoroughly mixed.)
Put dressing on salad immediately before serving.
