Tangy BBQ Pork Ribs

Ingredients
  • 4 lbs. country style spareribs (or whatever kind you like)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1 cup sauerkraut
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • 1-2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Paprika
Instructions
  1. Broil or brown the ribs on both sides top get rid of some of the fat.
  2. Place the ribs in a baking dish. Sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika on the ribs.
  3. Mix the sugar, water, catsup, vinegar, sauerkraut and Worcestershire sauce together.
  4. Pour over the ribs and cover with foil.
  5. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 1 ½ to 2 hours. (Or cook a little longer until they are falling apart)
  6. Remove the foil the last ½ hour of cooking if you want the sauce a little more thick.
