Chicken Berry Salad

Ingredients
  • 4 cups diced cooked chicken
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup chopped green pepper
  • 1½ cups dried cranberries
  • 1½ cups grapes sliced in half
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. seasoning salt (Lawry's)
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl combine the chicken, onion, green pepper, cranberries, grapes, celery and nuts.
  2. Mix together the mayonnaise, paprika, seasoning salt and pepper.
  3. Pour into the chicken mixture and toss well.
  4. Serve on Hawaiian rolls, croissants or eat as a salad on a bed of lettuce.
  5. Yummm!
