Ingredients
  • 1 scoop Fit Miss vanilla protein powder (90 cal)
  • 2 cups unsweetened vanilla Almond milk (60 cal)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup spinach and/or kale (10 cal)
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries (40 cal)
  • 1 tsp honey (22 cal)
  • =222 calories
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy smooth
  2. Drink it up :)
Notes
You can add a tbsp of peanut butter if it is not sweet enough for you liking. Just remember that that will add another 100 calories on.
