Blueberry Vanilla Protein Shake

Serves: 1-2 servings
- 1 scoop Fit Miss vanilla protein powder (90 cal)
- 2 cups unsweetened vanilla Almond milk (60 cal)
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup spinach and/or kale (10 cal)
- ½ cup frozen blueberries (40 cal)
- 1 tsp honey (22 cal)
- =222 calories
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy smooth
- Drink it up :)
You can add a tbsp of peanut butter if it is not sweet enough for you liking. Just remember that that will add another 100 calories on.
