Italian Breadcrumb Green Beans

Ingredients
  • 1.5 pounds green beans (I used frozen but you can also use fresh)
  • ¼ c butter
  • ½ c bread crumbs
  • ½ c shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Boil the green beans until slightly tender, but still a little crisp.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Once the butter is melted add the bread crumbs and mozzarella cheese and then stir until browned. Careful not to burn it though.
  3. Add your green beans and continue to cook over medium/low heat for about 5 minutes stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and serve
