For many years this easy Sloppy Joe recipe was one that I made when I needed an easy meal that I knew would please everyone. I would cook up the ingredients then place it in a crock pot and turn it on low. When my kids were younger, it seemed I lived in my car as a chauffeur running my kids to all their after school activities. (I really do miss those days), but with that kind of busy schedule, it was nice to have dinner ready and waiting when we got home!
Sometimes I think we assume that the more complicated a recipe is the better it will taste….well I am here to testify that sometimes easy is better.
